    I have been so disappointed as of late. I was told I had to wait over an hour for an appointment in Internal Medicine as a follow up to an ER visit. The woman at the front desk literally said to me, "This is the way it is." Just called Caremount again to try to schedule an appt. ASAP as I need to see me OB GYN ASAP....woman that answered the phone just matter of fact-ly said.....well, they are booked out through August. Two months?? Get your act together. Seriously. I had my baby through your practice and things have gone so rapidly down hill the larger your group gets. You should be ashamed. I feel completely, and totally dismissed and disregarded as a patient. I will be finding a new provider.
